Seeking a Christian Female to take over my lease in Alexandria, VA, minutes away from Old Town, with immediate occupancy. We're working professionals in our early-30's, looking for a responsible, mature Christian woman in a similar stage of life to move into the unfurnished master suite. Available immediately, the unfurnished master has a private attached bathroom, two large closets, and plenty of light. Rent is $800/month, not including 1/3 utilities (water, electric, & internet)
Our house is in a quiet, tucked-away neighborhood of Huntington, Alexandria with plenty of included parking! The Huntington Metro (yellow line) is 5 blocks away (0.5 mi) with a bus stop across the street, easy access to 95/495/Route 1/GW Parkway, and an easy commute to the city.
Also available in the house are full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of storage, a private back patio, and a front garden for anyone with a green thumb. Also, a fully finished basement! No pets allowed, sorry.
The remaining roommates are two professional Christian females who keep regular and busy work schedules and we stay busy with various activities outside of the home. We like to be considerate of the common areas of the house and keep them neat and tidy. We'd be happy to answer any more questions you might have and to hear a bit about yourself, as well!
