CF bedroom available in DC row house - $1237
One room available in a central 3 bedroom townhouse right by U St. and 14th St. NW, available February 1. This is an amazing location due to its proximity to both 14th and U, all while being located on a quiet, residential street. Trader Joe’s is right across the street, the U St. Metro Station is 4 blocks away (Green/Yellow lines), and all the restaurants/bars/shops/cafes in the area that you could want.
We are looking for a female roommate in their 20s or early 30s who matches the quiet, peaceful, and considerate vibe of the house. The lease is currently month-to-month, but we are looking for someone who would be able to commit to a a year. There are 1.5 bathrooms and a big backyard. No parking and no pets, unfortunately. The other two housemates are quiet when in the house, and sometimes need to bring work home, so we are looking for someone who can support and maintain the peaceful atmosphere.
Room: $1,237 per month, utilities $80-100. Washer and dryer in unit, central AC.
