CM Room in Columbia Heights

    Shared parking
The row house is 1 block to 14th St bus line and bike share, 3 1/2 blocks from CH Metro, 4 blocks form Target/Best Buy, 5 blocks to Giant, 7-8 blocks to Harris Teeter and Trader Joes. 
Rent: $900/mo (+ util).  Partially furnished if needed. The room is about 110 ft2, has a small closet, south facing window and room for a bed, dresser and desk. AC/Heating is steam radiator heat (winter) and AC window unit (summer).
