Bedroom Available on Capitol SE - Perfect for CM Short Term
Hi folks, looking for a good guy to fill our extra bedroom at our house at 12th and Penn SE. It's a small room and will really only fit a twin bed and a dresser. Good sized closet however and share of newly remodeled bathroom with one other dude. We are willing to furnish for someone needing a place to call home for the next few months, but as of now it is unfurnished.
Available immediately. Lease would be through May 31st, 2017 for sure, but flexible after that as one of the guys is moving out come summer.
$1000 for a great location. 5-10 min walk down Penn to Eastern Market metro and Barracks Row hangouts.
We are all busy guys, but try to make time to spend together during the down time. Looking for someone willing to contribute to this positive environment.
