Seeking CF for a private basement bed/bathroom in a row home in Eastern Market for $1200 by Feb. 1
Two CFs looking for a third roommate to occupy a private bed and bathroom in a row home in Eastern Market, only 4 blocks from the metro. Move in is on Feb 1, and rent is $1200 w/o utilities that can range from $70-$100 a month (we've been told). There is a parking space option and street parking as well.
