Seeking CF roommate for 2BR/2BA Condo in Rosslyn, Arlington
Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Rosslyn (Arlington). I've lived here for three years with my sister and she is moving away. We have loved the location and had an easy relationship with our landlord.
Our building has a courtyard, study room and a gym (with Peloton bikes!).
About a 10 minute walk to both the Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stations and right next to many restaurants, gyms, and coffee shops. A really great neighborhood and proximity to Washington, DC.
The condo is a corner unit and is approx. 1,000 sq/ft with lots of natural light and open floorplan. Rent is $1350 per month + utilities. Parking available for rent.
