About the place:
$800 includes *ALL* utilities
3 floor condo (no elevator)
Bathroom will be shared with one other person (myself)
Room is the larger of the two with 1/2 the walk in closet available for you
kitchen, living and dining area are all to share. Already furnished.
Bed can be provided if needed
One Loudoun Town Center, Wegman's, Target all within 10-15 mins
7 mins to the toll rd
10 mins from Dulles airport
Cross streets: Blue Elder Ter & Ryan Rd
