Hello! I am looking for a CF/CM housemate to take over 2 large private rooms (1 private living room/den and 1 furnished bedroom - can remove furniture if needed) with a shared bathroom on main level for $1,100/month, utilities and wifi included.
The common area includes a fully furnished living room, dining room, and full kitchen. 6 bedrooms in total, 2 baths. House includes free driveway parking space, a backyard, outdoor patio, porch, and full laundry washer/dryer. Minutes to 395, 495 & 95. Half a mile to a METRO Bus Stop. Less than 5.5 miles to VRE station. Looking to sublet through September 2020 or later.
Roommate must be respectful, friendly, clean, and responsible. Must pass credit and reference check. Please, no smoking or drug use.
