CM Looking for Roommate

Hi there! My roommate is moving out and I'm currently seeking someone to take her space in our 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in Navy Yard, starting Feb. 1.

Our building features a concierge, fitness center, indoor pool/hot tub, and courtyard area. It is a very short walk to the Navy Yard metro and a few bus/Circulator stops. The room features a walk-in closet and overlooks the courtyard.

Your share of the rent would be $1,200 per month and utilities run around $50 per person.

I've added a few photos here, but can send more if you're interested. Please let me know if you or someone you know is interested! Must be LGBTQ friendly.
