25 yr old male seeking roommate in Capitol Hill starting Jan 1, $1100/month
The apartment is in the middle of Capitol Hill, on a very quiet street, 10-15 walk to Union Station, Whole Foods/H Street and Eastern Market. The apartment was renovated shortly before moving in during the Fall of 2016, is relatively spacious, has normal 8' ceilings despite being an English basement and each room has a windowed door as a means of egress. W/D included in the unit. Should you move in, I would be your roommate. I am a 25 year old male, quiet and pretty tidy. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, particularly soccer, and reading.
