Pastor and Family Looking for 3 bedroom rental in D.C. Metro

Hi, my name is Anthony Parrott. I am soon to become the lead pastor for a church in The District. My wife, two kids (ages 4 and 1), dog, and myself will be moving in late February from rural Iowa to live in D.C.. We are looking for a 3 bedroom townhome, rowhouse, or apartment. Obviously, we're looking for a miracle of finding something that fits within a pastor's budget ($2,500 or less), but is safe and spacious enough for my family. Long term lease okay!
