We are 3 late-twenties professionals looking for a fourth roommate to join us in our 3-story + basement town house.

0.5 mi to the Orange/Silver line metro (EFC Metro). Easy walk.

Room is available Jan 1. 

Size: ~14' x ~13' plus large closet space. 2nd floor. Hardwood floors. Bathroom is shared with 2 other guys.

Rent is $750/mo +utils (usually around $100 for utils. Includes Internet/cable). One-time security deposit ($750) also required before move-in.

Shared amenities include: washer/dryer, full kitchen with new appliances. 2 Living rooms, small brick patio (no lawn) ample parking is available on-premise at no cost.

Room is *not* furnished (furniture in picture will be moved)

*No* pets, *no* smoking.
