SHARED Room Available for $533/mo in Court House/Rosslyn Area!

Hi there!

I have a SHARED room in a 2bd/1ba apartment between the Court House and Rosslyn metro stations in NoVa. It is $533/mo with utilities and parking included. The apartment is a 10-15 min walk from either station, and there is a Target and Safeway at Rosslyn Station. 

I have lived here for 3.5 years and have loved it, but I'm moving for a job. 

Your roommates would be two Christian women. One will be an IJM missionary to Cambodia next year. The other is a grad student at Georgetown. We are looking for someone to start on January 1.
