Seeking CF for a spacious room available February 1 in a house in Clarendon- $1170
A little bit about the house:
- The house is in Clarendon in a great location. Walkable to the Clarendon metro (orange and silver line), bus lines, shops, restaurants, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, local parks, and centrally located to all the main highways. If you're going to be in Arlington, this house is the place to be!
- Large single-family home with a lot of space (2 living rooms, formal dining room, shed for storage, laundry room).
- Four bedrooms and two baths total.
- A large room on the first floor with a big closet, two windows and lots of natural light.
- Large shared bathroom with one excellent roommate.
- Free parking in a driveway and unrestricted free parking on the street.
- Safe, friendly neighborhood.
- Sublet from February 1 through June 30, 2020. Taking over a year lease that ends in June.
- Rent is $1,170 + utilities (~$80-100).
- $1,100 security deposit.
A little bit about the roommates:
- Two are in their twenties and one is in her early thirties. All are strong Christian women and very involved in McLean Bible Church Arlington.
- The women are social and hospitable and really care about each other and their church community.
- They are mature and respectful of each other and the need for quiet or alone time but also like to have fun and enjoy spending time together.
- They are clean, kind, and considerate.
I'm moving out of state but will miss living here. It's been a wonderful place to call home!
