Cozy, sunlit room available - seeking Female roommate - Columbia Heights, $1021, furnished available
Hello!
We have a cozy, sunlit room available in a Columbia Heights ladies group house, starting December 1st (with potential flexibility). Our historic DC row house is located a block from the metro (yellow/green lines) with several handy buses at the corner. Street parking is available with a permit. There's a Target, Washington Sports Club, Bed Bath & Beyond, grocery stores, restaurants, salons, Cove co-working space, and more within a 5 minute walking distance.
Monthly rent is $1021 + utilities (~$50). The bathroom down the hall is shared with one other excellent roommate. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are furnished already, and if needed, the bed and desk in the bedroom are also available for you. Washer/dryer in kitchen, and there’s a great deck in the back. $937 security deposit.
Your housemates would be four young professionals (mid-20s to mid-30s) who enjoy each other, hospitality, laughter, and tidiness. I'm moving out to be closer to work and sister in Virginia, but this has been a wonderful place to call home. If this sounds like home to you, reach out!
