CF- Room Available Dec in Sunny, Bright Apartment in Arlington ($692+utilities)
Join two Christian ladies in a bright and sunny condo! We are looking to fill a loft room ($692 + utilities a month), in the quaint Fairlington neighborhood. The condo is a top floor unit, with an outdoor patio and a neighborhood pool just behind the apartment. The condo is just across the street from three metro routes which go to the Pentagon and into DC. It's a 15 minutes walk to Shirlington, and there is plenty of parking available in the neighborhood. The room comes with an off street parking permit available. The apartment is furnished so all you would need is furniture for your room! The space is available beginning December 1st.
