HOUSING AVAILABLE- ISO Female for Capitol Hill house. Available December 1st.
We are looking to fill the master bedroom in our Capitol Hill row home. The room is spacious complete with a fire place and lots of natural light. It is available December 1st and rent is $1365.
The house is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath located a 12 minute walk from Capitol South and Union Station metros and a 15 minute walk to Easter Market.
About us: We are two young professionals who live busy but quiet lives. We want a home that is welcoming and a safe place to come home to. We enjoy cooking, drinking wine, and debriefing after a long day. We also enjoy spontaneous roommate adventures.
