Hi Christian guys,

I've got a great offer...I have the 2nd bedroom available in my rented townhouse.  Rent is Month-to-month.  No long term commitment required. 

You will get your own office loft, a walk in closet, own private bathroom.  Place has a fireplace, huge balcony, and granite countertops/wood laminate floors.  Near shopping center with Glory Days Restaurant, Giant, Chic Fil Et.  Nice neighborhood with lots of parks and walking trails. 

$750 a month. Utilities separate but only $50-$150 a month.  
Please contact me asap if interested.  Men only.  No overnight guests of opposite sex, drugs, or crazy parties.
