I am subletting my studio apartment starting Nov. 27th. I'm relocating and am looking for someone to take over my lease through April. This is a great apartment building tucked in the back of a quiet neighborhood, down the street from shopping and restaurants in Del Ray. I'ts 650 square feet with a great layout for a single person, a couple or even roommates who don't mind not having a room to themselves.
