Seeking CF for beautiful 4-person group house in Brookland!
Three CFs seeking CF to live in our four person group house in the heart of Brookland! Flexible move in date from November 18 - December 8.
The house: The house was recently remodeled and has a large kitchen, an in-house washer/dryer and more basement storage than you'll know what to do with. There is a big front yard and fenced in back yard. There is unzoned parking in front of the house and 2 off-street parking spots specifically for the house.
The room: The room is a second-floor bedroom with hardwood floors and several closets. It has charming details like a window seat in a book nook and built-in shelves. This room has a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with a roommate.
The neighborhood: we are on a great tree-lined street less than 10 minutes to the Brookland-CUA metro stop, close to Yes Organic and other shops on 12th street!
Rent is $1080/month +utilities. Sorry, no pets.
