Short term lease through Jan. 2020: 2 bed/2 bath in Alexandria ($2343, excludes utilities)
Hi there!
My roommate is moving for work in early November, and with our lease ending in January, I’d prefer to do a lease change now! The current lease is through January 28th, with the opportunity to re-sign – and you’d essentially get November rent free!
Rent is $2343 which includes the $20 nominal fee for valet trash (5 days a week) – there is an additional monthly cost for parking (2 spaces allotted) if you need it.
About the Apartment:
- 2 bed/2 bath
- In-unit W/D
- Gas fireplace
- Balcony/patio
- Amenities: complex includes a 24 hour gym, pool, free shuttle to Crystal City metro (Mon. – Fri.) and is close to great shopping!
