Room is in finished attic, furnished with Twin XL Bed, Night Stand, 2 Dressers, Desk, Office Chair and File Cabinet.  Private Bath has full tub / shower.  Given that space is attic okay for those 6'4" and under.  Room is available immediately.  Closest cross street is Riley Street and Great Falls Street in City of Falls Church.  Home is occupied by resident landlord who has been attending NCC Miracle Theater or Capital Turnaround since last Fall, previously member at McLean Bible for 22 years.  Also residing in home are 2 part time married guys that make their way back to families on weekends.  Also a friendly retired racing greyhound makes her home here.  No security deposit is required.  Request minimum 3 month lease, open to longer terms.  Contact J.C.
