Columbia Hts: room w/ parking available $930
One room available in a Columbia Heights apartment. Current housemates are both males in their 30s. We like to have people over for dinner, board game nights, and occasionally karaoke. The unit has three skylights and is near plenty of good restaurants such as Taqueria Habanero, Pho Viet, and Little Coco's. We have central A/C and heat, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer, 10.5 ft. ceilings, and a large kitchen. The available bedroom room is about 140 sq. ft. not including a closet, and it shares a bathroom with one of the current housemates.
Room available in mid November. Rent is $928 and utilities usually run $60 to $70 per person each month. Petworth and Col. Hts. metros are both about 10 minutes away, and stops for buses (including express buses 59 and S9) are a few minutes walking. We have off-street parking in the alley behind our apartment. Sorry, but we can't have pets.
