ISO CF for a room in a 3BR Apt in Park View NW DC
Hi there!
We will have an open bedroom in our adorable/giant 3BR apartment in Park View. The bedroom is about 8.5'x9.5' (fits full-size bed, a dresser, and a bookshelf) with a walk-in closet. It doesn't have windows so it is great for people who like to sleep in on the weekends.
Move-in date: End of November, 2019/Dec 1
Rent: $800 Utilities included
About the house:
Park View is just north of Howard University on Georgia Ave, near Colony Club, The Coupe, and Safeway. There are also some amazing places in Petworth, just north of us, and a Target in Columbia Heights. Georgia Avenue is a vibrant, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic street that is rapidly changing with the introduction of a TON of new construction.

- HUGE living room, great for entertaining
