Looking for a CF for a furnished room in Southern Arlington 750/mo all included
Furnished room available in a two bedroom apartment in Arlington, VA for a one year lease. Rent is $750/mo (electricity and wifi included). Landlord pays for water. Security Deposit of 500 USD. Buses in and around Arlington are across the street. Heading to DC: 20 minute bus ride to Pentagon City or 15 minute drive into DC at non-peak hours. Community center across the street which provides gym membership, farmers market, and other activities. Very limited street parking available. A 10 lb. tabby cat resides in the home.
