$900 Room for CM in Rowhouse in Capitol Hill Near Union Station
Looking for someone to take over a bedroom in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse on Capitol Hill! Available November 1, but if you need to move in sooner we can discuss. The house is two blocks from Union Station, one block from Ebenezers Coffeehouse, two blocks from the Senate staff buildings, and three blocks from Giant and the H Street Corridor. You would share the house with 3 awesome CM roommates. We also have a fenced in backyard with table/seating.
Rent is $900/month plus utilities ($75-150/month on average), plus one month’s rent security deposit.
