CM household with 2 rooms available(NE DC near Capitol Hts metro)

My roommate and I are looking for 2 CMs(or CFs if they are comfortable with CMs). I am 33 yo professional(engaged) and my roommate is a 26 yo CM. We are looking for one or two people to fill the rooms available. There's a large basement bedroom that is almost like it's own place with it's own bathroom. Laundry is in basement but rec space is there as well. Also a bedroom upstairs that has a shared bath with one person. We are in a men's group that meets on Monday nights at another location and we enjoy going out to eat once in a while as well. Basement bedroom is $1000/mth and upstairs is $850/mth, utilities and internet included. Let me know if you are interested and have any questions.
