CF in Bloomingdale/Shaw: $1050 + utilities

We are looking to fill a room in our house with three other Christian female roommates. 

Date: November 10, but can be as early as October 26 weekend.   Lease goes through July 2020 with the option to renew. 

Rent: $1050/month plus utilities.  Ends up maximum $1300 a month with internet, twice a month cleaning service, etc.; usually closer to $1150-1200 all in. 

Roommates: three Christian women in their late 20s; two full time workers and one graduate student. Roommates are independent, fun, normal, easy to be around, and clean. Everyone is pretty independent and very thoughtful of one another. 

Furniture: I can sell you all the furniture in the bedroom if you want it. Queen bed with amazingly comfortable Serta mattress < 2 years old ($1200), Side Tables ($100), Couch ($200), Floor Lamp ($50), Bookshelf ($100). Shoe Rack ($25): fully furnished ($1675, but if you take it all, I'll sell it to you for $1300!) 

Storage: huge closet with huge storage space above it; also entire unfinished basement with room for your stuff too! 

Parking: street parking with DC plates available 

Location:  10 min walk from Howard Theater, 10 minute walk from Logan Circle, 13 min walk from closest metro stop at Shaw-Howard Univ Station and closest bus stop is Rhode Island Ave NW & 1st St NW. Good location for Howard University, Children's National Hospital, and general DC area
