CF 2nd floor master bedroom near Eastern Market, roof deck, back patio, fireplace $1200 + utilities

Hi!  We are two CFs--late twenties--early thirties--looking for a third housemate in our rented row house near Eastern Market.  Our former housemate just moved with her job.  The sunny master bedroom is available immediately. It has two large closets, hardwood floors, and its own bathroom.  We've also got a fireplace, back patio, roof deck, and recently renovated kitchen!  We're about a 10 minute walk from Eastern Market metro station, 7 minute walk to Trader Joe's, 20/25 minute walk to the Capitol.

We are both very involved in our church communities and would love to have a CF join us who enjoys warm hospitality, shared times of prayer, and clear and warm communication . We're fairly tidy with shared spaces, but not over the top.

Rent is $1200 per month + utilities.
