Room available for CM in West Falls Church

We are currently looking for a roommate to fill a room that is available immediately. We live in a neighborhood off of Rt. 50 that is conveniently located near I-495 and I-66. The room is available for $625 a month, plus around a $50 utility each month. Shared bathroom. (room is about 9 1/2 feet both ways)

The house includes:
1. Fenced in back yard
2. Backyard porch with seating
3. Backyard fire-pit
4. Driveway, with street parking
5. 1st floor - Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, 3 bedrooms with full bath
6. Basement - Living room, Laundry room, Study room, 1 bedroom with full bath

Public Library, Shopping Center, and two parks within walking distance of the house. Minutes away from Mosaic District. Metro bus stop within walking distance.

Neighborhood is very quiet and you would be living with three young professionals in their 20/30s. Let us know if you have any questions!
