Room Available in Courthouse for CM $575/month
We have one room opening on November 1st for a Christian guy. We’re 3 Christian guys who share a house in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington – just a 5 minute walk from the metro. We enjoy things like sports, hiking, biking, and sitting on the porch talking about politics. The house has a large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, an unfinished basement with washer/dryer, a front and backyard, and free street parking with Arlington County parking tags (which you can get once you move in). Except for the open room, the house is fully furnished. We have Apple TV, Netflix, and high-speed internet. We all share in doing chores around the house and keep the house generally very clean.
