Looking for a CF Roommate near H St/Capitol Hill - $850/mo
Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for our beautiful townhouse. We are located in the NE part of the Capitol Hill / H street neighborhood. We love the location - it’s an 11 minute walk to Union Station, and four blocks to Whole Foods and all the bars/restaurants on H street.
About the room: Rent for the bedroom is $850. Utilities usually cost ~$50-$75. The room is on the small side, but is full of charm and functionality, with built-in bookcases and drawers. Also has the option to come furnished. The room is available starting Nov 1st!
About the house: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Massive amount of shared storage in the basement (with the laundry) and attic. We have a small front porch and garden, and a fenced in back deck/patio area. There is an off street, covered parking space available for $100/month; otherwise that cost is split between the roommates and the space is shared.
About the roommates: Two 27-year-olds working in media and finance. We both attend churches in the area.
