CM looking for roommate - Awesome Reston Townhouse $850/month rent

I've got a very nice Townhouse available in Reston for a Christian guy.  

You will get your own private bathroom (granite countertops), walk-in closet, **your own office loft/reading room, access to fireplace, large living room with skylight, huge balcony for grilling, super nice kitchen with stone countertops, and washer/dryer unit in house. 

Apartment is near lots of Reston walking trails, Glory Days Grill, Chic Fil Et, Giant Groceries, etc.  

*Must like dogs - will be getting a dog or puppy soon. 

$850 a month.  Month-to-month lease. 

**GUYS ONLY please.  Prefer 25 - 40 year old applicants.
