CM looking for 2 housemates in Col. Hts.
Two bedrooms available in a great three-bedroom apartment in Columbia Heights. Each bedroom is about 140 sq. ft. with a full closet and shared bath (shared with one other roommate). The common areas include a very large modern kitchen (with stainless appliances), dining area, and family/tv area. Washer and dryer are available in the unit. One off-street parking spot available. The location is ideal with bus stops and bike-share less than a block away and Columbia Heights and Petworth metros within a 10 minute walk.
Rooms available in mid October or as late as Nov. 1. Rent for each room is $928, and utilities usually run $60 to $70 per person each month. No pets.
Current roommates are all males in their late 20's/early 30's, laid-back, and tidy.
