Looking for a male housemate for a 3 br, 3 bath townhouse. Large room with full private bath. $1050 per month plus internet & utilities which average ~$60 per month per person. Kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeled, wood fireplace, garage. Common areas (especially kitchen) are kept very clean, no shoes in the house, no pets. Lots of free street parting and 2 assigned parking spots. 1.5 miles from VA Square and Ballston metro stops. Bus stop directly in front of the house. Directly across the street from Thomas Jefferson Community & Fitness Center w/ lighted basketball, tennis, soccer fields. 2 other housemates, both young professional CM.
