Room for $883/month in Arlington, VA - Looking for CF!
4 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath, 3-story town home in Arlington, VA looking for CF to complete our house of 4! We're a group of 3 gals looking for a fourth because our current 4th decided to get hitched to her boyfriend and move out (good juju for whoever moves in, perhaps?). Rent is $883/month (utilities not included) and includes the following: your own room, shared hallway bathroom, and free parking (ya heard me!) Move in date wound be 12/1/19 (can be flexible by 1-2 weeks prior to or after 12/1/19, if needed). Boyfriends are also allowed to sleepover (we like to be transparent and we know that everyone has their own comfort level, so we want to be up front about that!).
The Dirty Deets:
-3 story town home in peaceful, pleasant neighborhood in Arlington, VA
-2 to 3 minute walk to East Falls Church metro (orange and silver line)
-10 minute drive to Clarendon
-Loads of local restaurants/grocery stores/farmers markets within easy driving/walking/biking distance
-Home includes the following: full kitchen, 2 full baths (one is in the master bedroom though), 2 half baths, washer and dryer unit, 2 living rooms (1st and 2nd floors), paved back patio with extra storage in outdoor shed, 2 parking spaces included with the house, loads of free street parking.
-Homeowner's Association cares for outdoor work/gutters/etc and is paid for by the landlords
-Landlord details: Young, lovely Christian couple who are super nice and helpful and always quick to respond to any issues/concerns! Seriously, they're the best. They also let you plant a garden in the flowerbeds in the backyard if you want!
