CF Wanted for Cap Hill house - $1,000 (utilities included), No Security Deposit!
We are looking for a housemate for our Cap Hill house starting end of October/beginning of November!
The Best Fit Includes:
A Christian woman, who love dogs (but really, we have 2), ideally is on board
with our relaxed family/community style life of going in together for
groceries, cooking, and cleaning. We would love another housemate that enjoys
ice cream and coffee (although we are all fairly into fitness too), and
watching TV shows together.
The House and Current Situation:
- The rent is $1,000 which includes all utilities, (including
Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YoutubeTV)
- No security deposit - we are all responsible for fixing any
damages, and all cleaning fees when moving out.
- It’s zone 6 street parking! But only street parking, although
parking isn't usually a big deal.
- The Bedroom is (not furnished) on the second level (along with two other
bedrooms), and is somewhere around 12’x14’ with a closet. You're also welcome
to paint the room!
- It's a 2.5 bath house with a new washer, dryer, and dish washer.
- The house is also 2/3 newly renovated, and basically fully furnished.
- Our house is on Cap Hill, within walking distance to H St. and about a 10-12
minute walk to Union Station.
- Three other women live in the house, along with a small dog and Great Dane.
- We are all in our mid 30's and up, working professionals, two of us own a
business together full time, and we are also looking for a church home.
- We are all friends and enjoy doing things together, laugh a lot, and would
love for a roommate that wants to be friends with us as well!
- We welcome out of town guests often, and regularly have friends over to hang
out.
- We are all fairly easy going and very intentional about communicating well
with one another.
