Room available for male in 3BR/2BA Rosslyn apartment -- $975 + utilities
Hey everyone, we have a room opening up as early as October 1 -- but can be flexible on the move-in date. The place is a quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Rosslyn, conveniently located within walking distance (about 12 minutes) from both the Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stops. There is ample parking if you have a car. The room is a good size (10' x 14') with a large closet and large windows. The bathroom is shared with one other. We have a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer.
About the two of us: We are a lawyer and a software engineer in our early 30s, and we attend McLean Presbyterian Church. We get along well and are happy to hang out when at home. We're both extremely laid back as roommates. We keep the common areas clean, but are not at all fussy about it.
There's no lease term, rent is month-to-month.
