Christian female in search of a roommate for 2 bedroom condo in Silver Spring Americana Finmark condo. 5 minute walk to Forest glen metro station on Red line, very close to Aldi and other stores in Silver Spring. Move in date ~October/November 2019. Rent ~$850 including parking, utilities, washer & dryer in unit, shared shower but 2 bathroom unit. Sorry, no pets. Shared spaces include living room, dining room, and kitchen- I try to keep shared spaces pretty tidy after use and am looking for someone on the same cleaning bandwidth! 

I'm in my early 30s, work downtown in government, and am active in a church in Maryland. Perks of being my roommate: active baker, fairly quiet at home, and a decent seamstress in case of emergency.
