Seeking CF to rent private bed/bath in TH in Old Town Alexandria
Hey Everyone!
I am about to move into a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome in Old Town Alexandria, and I am looking for someone to fill the second bedroom. The house is 2 stories, 1,260 sq ft, and has wood floors, new appliances, and a private brick patio in the back! It is an 8 minute walk to King St and less than a mile to King Street Station.
Rent is about $1600, including approximate cost of utilities. Available starting September 20.
A little about me: I am a 23 year old female, and I just moved to Alexandria for a job. I love to run, sing, play piano, hike, read, and many other things! I'm looking for someone who I can be comfortable with, and who wants to grow together in our faith!
