THE APARTMENT: Located on the first floor of a four unit building. Large bedroom and living room with windows facing east. Great natural light throughout the day. The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are newly painted. Many cabinets in the kitchen. Door in kitchen opens to enclosed courtyard. Tenants pay electricity and gas. The landlord covers water, recycling and trash collection.
LOCATION: The apartment is located on Capitol Hill at 14th and C Streets, NE, two blocks from Lincoln Park. The Eastern Market Metro is a 10 minute walk away. House and Senate office buildings and Union Station are within 14 blocks. The H St. corridor is also within walking distance.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: A METRO bus stop which services Union Station is at the end of the block. The Eastern Market METRO is a short ten minute walk. Two Capital Bike Share locations are two blocks away.
