Seeking CF for 3-bedroom house on Burke St. SE - Approx. $1,000/month per person + utilities
We are two young professional Christian Females looking for a third lovely lady to sign a lease with us for this property: https://yarmouthm.com/listing/1843-burke-st-se/
We are hoping to move in the week of September 22nd (October 1st at the latest). Rent is approximately $1,000, not including utilities. The house is right next to Stadium Armory metro, has one off-street parking spot available, and in-unit laundry. There is a back porch and back yard area that's ideal for hosting.
We both value friendship and community, and we hope to make our living space warm and welcoming for guests. We both work in the peacebuilding field, and between us we enjoy running, trying new restaurants, exploring the city, and making new friends! We are hoping to create a fun, clean, and mature living space.
The property is just a couple metro stops away from Eastern Market and Barracks Row, and a few stops to Capitol Hill. It is also just a short bus ride to H Street.
