Medium-sized bedroom in a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for a Christian Female. Rent will be $967 per month including utilities + around $15 per person for the internet.
About the room: it is a medium-size bedroom that currently has 2 Ikea closets,a full-size bed, desk, shoe rack, and bookshelf. Has private access to a balcony and receives lots of light! (Great if you have plants.)
About the building: it is located at 3003 Van Ness. The building has 24/7 concierge, business center, club room, outdoor pool, and a gym. The location is very convenient - out the back door is a Giant grocery store, CVS, and the Red Line Van Ness- UDC Metro Station (about 5 minutes walking from apartment door to train entrance), several bus lines, and plenty of restaurants. About the roommates: current roommates are Christian women, professionals working for a university and a non-profit. We keep busy and are engaged in our DC communities and like to maintain a clean, welcoming apartment! We have our own lives but also want to grab dinner sometimes and connect.
