Awesome bedroom in Reston townhouse available for CM!

Hi all, 

I've got a very nice Townhouse available in Reston for a Christian guy.  

You will get your own private bathroom (granite countertops), walk-in closet, **your own office loft/reading room, access to fireplace, large living room with skylight, huge balcony for grilling, super nice kitchen with stone countertops, and washer/dryer unit in house. 

Apartment is near lots of Reston walking trails, Glory Days Grill, Chic Fil Et, Giant Groceries, etc.  

*Must like dogs - will be getting a dog or puppy in the next few weeks to a month. 

$750 a month.  Month-to-month lease. Utilities apx. $80 a month. 

**GUYS ONLY please.  Prefer someone at least 28 years old...but open to 23 - 40 year olds.
