CF 's Needed for New Group Home in Dupont Circle !
A new Christian girls group home is attempting to being started, we just need 4 more sisters!
The home is a mansion in the heart of Dupont, right by the metro, a Safeway, CVS, and more. It has three main floors, two staircases, it's own rooftop, and incredibly large rooms. It is able to fit 7 girls with private bedrooms and shared bathrooms ; the rent ranges from $1025 to 1250 depending on size of the room and location. Each floor has its own bathroom, several of the rooms have their own balcony, and the house has its own washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, two ovens, granite countertops, and large pantry. Sorry no pets allowed.
Currently we are three girls in our 20s; one in grad school for her MPH, one in law school, and one working for a non profit. Two of the girls attend Passion City Church and the other (me) is going to be a recent transplant to the area from Chicago ready to find a new church home.
This house is beautiful and we would love to fill it with community and make it a home.
