CF: $820 in SE DC - Available October 1
We are looking for a CF to sub-lease a room in our 3 bedroom house in Hillcrest starting October 1 through March 31 with the ability to sign a lease for another year. The cost of the room is $820 and utilities usually (gas, electric, water, & internet) run from $75-$100 each a month depending on the time of year. The room and full bathroom are located in the basement.
We're sad to lose our sweet roommate to her forever roommate, but so excited for her and excited for a new roommate for ourselves!
About us: We are two professionals who have lived in DC for 5-6 years now. We both attend Redemption Hill Church and work at conservative non-profits; one of which is pro-life, and the other pro-life, pro-family, and pro-religious liberty.
About the house:
1st floor: main living area; kitchen, dining room, and living room
2nd floor: two bedrooms; one master, one bedroom and full bathroom
Basement: secondary living room, laundry, bedroom, full bathroom
Outdoors: we have a large backyard and a fire pit, perfect for having friends over. We also have a back porch which is so peaceful in the early mornings and evenings - the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
