Efficiency Apartment in Del Ray, Alexandria. Close to Pentagon & major commuter routes.
Efficiency rental available September 15. Rental location is ~2 miles to the Pentagon, is a short walk to both Del Ray & Shirlington, and is in an ideal location to reach DC quickly without living in the city. Easy access to bike/ running trails with multiple bus lines in close walking distance. Neighborhood is friendly and a great place to build a community of friends.
Main room of efficiency is 13' x 13' and has a private entrance, full bath, kitchenette, and shared laundry facilities (dates to be coordinated). Utilities, internet & cable are included in the price of the rent. Comes fully furnished (except mattress: full size bed frame is provided). Includes access to back yard green space, private patio with chairs & table and a grill.
Owners are a married couple, both young professionals & live in the remainder of the house. We have a zero tolerance policy for smoking or drug use. We strongly support military and geo-bachlor(ettes).
Lease terms are negotiable and month to month options could be made available. If you leave between the months of October- March, we require an advance of 2 months rent the day notice is given. This helps cover the break in renter over winter months.
