Private bedroom and bathroom available October 1st with a rent of $1600/month in a gorgeous, modern luxury apartment building. 

Phenomenal location in the heart of Dupont Circle, a 7 minute walk from the metro and within a 15 minute walk to 14th/U street, Adams Morgan, and the downtown area. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher included in unit. The building also offers a fitness center, study room, dedicated bike storage is available, and street parking is available in front of the building. 

Roommate is a CF in her late 20's who just graduated from a master's program in DC and works in international development. Please feel free to message me for additional information!
