About the room: it is a huge room with two closets (one that is a walk-in closet). Currently, it fits a full size bed, two night stands, a large dresser, desk, bookshelf, and a futon that opens up to a full size bed, with plenty of additional space.
About the building: it is located at 3003 Van Ness. The building has 24/7 concierge, outdoor pool, and a gym. The location is very convenient - out the back door is a Giant grocery store, CVS, and the Red Line Van Ness-UDC Metro Station (about 5 minutes walking from apartment door to train entrance), several bus lines, and plenty of restaurants.
