[Taken] Sep/Oct Bedroom in Newly Renovated CoHi Apartment for CM
Sublease available for September and October for $963 a month (all utilities and Wifi included)
We are looking for a male roommate for a furnished one bedroom in a newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment available for the months of September and October. The bedroom also has a private walkout balcony with table and chairs (see video link to see furniture). The entire apartment was recently renovated this year and is blocks away from the Columbia Heights Metro Stop/Target/Giant Grocery Store/Shopping Center/Chipotle. Bathroom is shared with one other person. Fast Wifi. The other roommates are two Christian males in their 20s who are clean and respectful. One works as an engineer and the other works in public policy. We are currently only looking for a male tenant.
Bedroom has a full bed, desk, and private walk-out balcony. The closet would be cleared out for you as well as dedicated kitchen space.
Washer/Dryer included in unit. Dedicated bike storage is available. Street parking and open lot across street are available for parking.
